Well, it used to be the OK Convenience Store that Tony Leung would frequent and stare wistfully out of the (side) window, now it's a real estate agents. Still, if you look out of the front, you still get almost exactly the same view of the walkways and car park. Once again, thanks to Baycrest for the spot.

Chungking Express - Graham Street Market
I'm pretty sure that Tony Leung and Fay Wong keep bumping in to each other at the Graham Street Market and head up to the junction with Gage Street...
Chungking Express - The Apartment
Well, I've found the spot, although the building seems to have been renovated and turned into an Indian restaurant. There's two shots looking out of the apartment which give away its location.
One of Tony Leung looking into the apartment, after seeing Faye Wong throwing paper aeroplanes and one of of Faye cowering, after being confronted by Tony at the door of his apartment. They both clearly show the frontage of Former Central Police Station Compound, looking up Old Bailey Street, with the kink in the Mid-Level Escalators at the junction of Hollywood Road and Cochrane Street also shown.

Chungking Express - Midnight Express
For some reason Google have neglected to Street View Lan Kwai Fong, home to what was 'Chungking Express's 'Midnight Express' kebab shop. As you can make out from the picture below, it is now a 7-11 store.
Oh, and here's a capture from the film, looking up Lan Kwai Fong, as my brother appears over Tony Leung's shoulder on his way home from work. He does have a bit of a stare at, what he said, was a puzzlingly relaxed looking cop.

Chungking Express - Wally Matt Lounge
'Wally Matt Lounge' is the bar where the only bad actor in 'Chungking Express' resides: the guy who is putting the pressure on Brigitte Lin. Even though the sign says 'New Wally Matt Lounge', a review or two informs me that it's the same place and the location certainly seems right. Oh, it's also a gay bar where you get free internet once you buy a drink.
Chungking Express - Bottoms Up
After featuring in both 'The Man With The Golden Gun' and 'Chungking Express', as the bar were Takeshi Kaneshiro and Brigitte Lin meet, 'Bottoms Up' fell victim to the gentrification of Tsim Sha Tsui (I guess you'll have noticed that the other locations look spruced up the Google Street View images) and higher rents, relocating to Wan Chai and then, ironically, cleaning up it's act and becoming a sports bar.
Chungking Express - Chungking Mansions
The infamous Chungking Mansions. Here we have Takeshi Kaneshiro dashing through the main entrance. Most of Brigitte Lin's scenes take place in the upstairs of this building or in the malls underneath this and the surrounding buildings.
Chungking Express - 58 Nathan Road
The exit on to Nathan Road, during scene where Takeshi Kaneshiro is chasing someone through one of the malls.
